Wheatseeker is a German-style Hefeweizen, fermented with a yeast strain used in Germany for hundreds of years. A light-bodied easy-drinker, with a wheat and yeast combination that creates a slightly spicy character. We hopped it with German grown Opal hops, which lends a slight citrus effect.

We spent nearly 18 months developing this Italian Keller Pilsner. We took a blend of German malt and Riverbend custom made Pilsner malt, and meticulously mashed it over 2 different steps. Then we layered in Czech Saaz & NZ Southern Cross throughout the boil. After fermenting with our house lager yeast we dryhop the beer with more Czech Saaz at just under a pound per barrel. We then lager it cold for 3 weeks before transferring unfiltered and then packaging. Expect a fluffy white head & great lacing on this crisp straw colored Pilsner. Noble hop spice & herbal aromas greet you before the first sip. Cracker, low biscuit notes and a touch of fresh hay round out the malt flavors. Then the hops grab you to showcase Noble hop spice & herbal notes with a touch of citrus. Dry with a pronounced minerality bitterness, this beer is hard to put down.

WHAT’S YOUR LIGHTEST BEER? Craft brewers hear this question a lot! Green Man’s answer is this crisp, Legendary Light Lager. We salute all the great breweries around the world who continue to perfect this classic style. At 118 calories per 12oz. Serving and only 4.2% ABV, you could drink these all day. Juicy, tropical & slightly hazy, Trickster is a rush to your taste buds. Double dry hopped with a mischievous blend of El Dorado, Mosaic & Simcoe to satisfy even the most suspicious hophead. This taproom favorite is packed with lush notes of papaya, mango, pineapple & peach.

When we make it rain, it pours! Heavily drenched with hops, our Double IPA is intensely hoppy yet effortlessly drinkable.
